All companies are involved in service. Without the delivery of goods, for example, no business would take place. All the new services developed by a company must follow one of the routes shown on this graph. The more precisely you investigate prescriptive solutions, the more likely it is that your business will develop original services to present to the marketplace. Determining how effectively your company`s new services are implemented, can be a very emotive exercise. Having a method of measurement and assessment can provide an invaluable insight into this aspect of your business.
